KDA: site design
Creating the most ideal outdoor living space is both a science and an art, and encompasses design, landscape/horticulture, construction, management, and integration with other professionals. It calls for excellent skill and training on the part of all involved.
KDA (Kenwood Design Associates) works collaboratively with the client: owner, contractor, developer, or professional involved in the project, to coordinate the outdoor experience with the indoors, and with services, traffic patterns, spatial use of the site, topography, soil and vegetation, views, and long-term management of the landscaped areas.
Examples of projects where KDA has played a pivotal role in the initial design phases of a variety of projects, are linked here. Each has its own unique story and purpose, and all are created with the basic version of SketchUp Pro, placed into video format using Movavi software.
